Appointment Cancellations:

Late Cancellations or No-Shows:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment will result in a 25% fee of the services booked.

Exceptions:

Please note that circumstances such as illness, school cancellations, or weather conditions will not be considered valid reasons to avoid this fee.

As commitment to fairness, If your service provider cancels on you within 24 hours notice of your appointment, we will extend a 25% discount on your rescheduled service.
