She is trained in Kérastase, Bumble&Bumble, and Redken.

Ninalee is a nationally certified Redken Specialist, Certified Redken Shades EQ Specialist, Bellami Pro Extension, and K18 Certified.

Jen has been in the industry for over three years and has a life-long love interest in all things hair. She is passionate about blonding and color services, focusing on the “lived-in” blonde. Her main priority is that her clients always leave with healthy gorgeous hair. Jen continuously educates herself and keeps up with the latest hair trends.

She is a Redken Shades EQ Specialist, Bellami Pro Extension, and K18 Certified.

Tori knew when she was a child that this industry was made for her. She started her cosmetology education before graduating high school! Tori has a natural expertise in blonding services and hair extensions, which she is most passionate about. She has and continues to hone her craft in these niche services and many others. She is committed to making you the most confident when you are in her chair and long after!

Tori doesn’t stop at hair; she is certified in lash extensions. She provides some of the best luxury lash sets with high-quality products and aftercare.

Carlos has been in the industry for over three years. He graduated from The Salon Institute in Toledo.

Ever since he was a kid, he loved playing with hair. He enjoyed doing his sister’s hair before school every day. This passion is what led him to choose a career as a hairstylist.

Carlos loves blonding. He is a blonde specialist but also loves doing balayage. Pretty much, the color itself is his favorite part of being a stylist.

Lisa has over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Making people look and feel their best is incredibly rewarding to her.

Lisa specializes in sun-kissed highlights, balayage, several different extension techniques, and men’s cuts. She has also been a licensed educator for the last ten years, assisting with creating artistic individuals and pushing them to chase their dreams!

Lisa is Bellami Pro Extension and K18 Certified.

Meet our Associate Stylist, Rachele! She’s been in the hair industry for over a year.

She graduated from Douglas J Aveda in East Lansing. Rachele became a part of the beauty industry because she loves making people feel happy and good about themselves.

She also loves how the industry is constantly changing with trends and how she has so much creative freedom.

Rachele loves any blonding, lived-in color, and even vibrant. She joined the District 308 team because of our education opportunities and fantastic staff who make her feel like family.

Meet Madison, our associate stylist; she is continuing her hair education at our salon. She recently graduated from the Brighton Institute of Cosmetology and made District 308 her home.

Since Madison was young, she has always been passionate about doing hair. She became a hairstylist because she loves helping people and putting a bright smile on their faces.

She wants to learn more about color and build her clientele as she continues her education with us. Madison is most excited to be a part of our fantastic family at District 308!
